Thirty years in Mexico living life to the fullest have given Brenda plenty to write about. Her debut record brings all of her influences together, the joys and hardships of her experiences from growing up listening to classic country in dive bars with her dad, the LA punk scene in her 20s, canciones (spanish love songs) in Mexico to many, many miles of Baja coastline between here and there.
